Grip WODs mess up my pen skills.
Yesterday’s WOD was supposed to be a WOW workout. Whatever the hell that is didn’t happen. Too many people showed up so Dal made us marry a plate and a kettlebell. 3 stations and had to carry them wherever we went. The plate we had to grab it by the edge, not by the hole or from the bottom, by the top edge. Man, my fingas almost gave up. Then I had to do some drawings at home for a design I’m working on, nah, couldn’t keep my hand steady. So much for making progress.
The Paleo challenge is done. Lost 10 lbs. Crazay. Now I gotta gain some weight but this time it needs to be muscle and not gut.
